It must have been hard to have been out of the country when this tragedy happened, but I’ll bet you were glad that your mother was with you. I know I would have been frantic about my family. How lovely that the Korean folks were so kind to you all during this time. It just proves that there IS kindness to be found all over the world, even though sometimes it doesn’t feel like it.
That was 10 years… and I couldn’t forget where I was on that day! Thanks for the reminder!
