It’s that time of the year when the weather changes to beautiful crisp cool mornings and the temperatures during the day average 10 – 20 degrees cooler than the summer heat. I know the official first day of autumn is September 22nd but I’m declaring this Debbie’s first day of autumn. Having shopped at Wal-Mart a couple days ago enticed me to pick up a bag of pumpkin spice potpourri for one of my pottery bowls. It feels like autumn and my kitchen smells like pumpkin spice so why not let it be autumn. Amen.
