For decades, I’ve had an ongoing battle carrying a purse on my shoulder.\u00a0 I’ve tried to keep them as small as possible and they are not to exceed 3 or 4 pounds.<\/p>\n

Oh the many\u00a0days of going out with hubby and informing him that I’m leaving my bag at home.\u00a0 I have a thing with\u00a0lugging around any amount of weight on my shoulders for long periods of time.\u00a0\u00a0There are countless times while out with him that I could really use my phone\u00a0to reach him.\u00a0 I may be over in the\u00a0gardening department of Home Depot while he’s off looking at manly things.\u00a0 Or sidetracked looking at pretty things while he’s focused on his list.\u00a0 It’s those times\u00a0I\/we could really\u00a0use the phone instead of hunting for each other.\u00a0\u00a0Then is when I\u00a0regret not bringing my purse.<\/p>\n

Then there was today when I\u00a0was off\u00a0to the mall (with my 3 pound purse)\u00a0to make a return and pick up a couple of things.\u00a0 And it dawned on me\u00a0(again)\u00a0that both of my shoulders were hurting.\u00a0\u00a0 As I continued to switch my\u00a0purse from left shoulder to right shoulder, I remind myself why I always try to wiggle out of taking my purse anywhere.\u00a0 And then it came to me, clear as day – I need a clutch purse!<\/p>\n

As I made my purchase, I clutched my bag as though my life and shoulders depended on it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Why I never thought of this before now, I’ll never know.\u00a0 This little dandy has one zipper on top with two\u00a0compartments in the middle.\u00a0 The front has a little snap compartment…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

…and the back comes equipped with a\u00a0zipper compartment.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This was such a joyful moment for me.\u00a0 This little gem has plenty of room for car keys, cell phone, plastic cards and a little lip stick.\u00a0 Would you believe I ripped into the bag (in my car) before I left the mall?\u00a0 I did!\u00a0 I ripped the price tags off, emptied the paper from it and filled it right there on the spot.\u00a0 I could not have been happier.\u00a0 Our very first outing together was to the grocery store.\u00a0 We really hit it off!<\/p>\n

I can almost guarantee one thing.\u00a0 I don’t think I’ll ever ~ ever ~ ever carry another purse (on my shoulder) again.\u00a0 Those days are gone.<\/p>\n

This little thing made my day…<\/p>\n
