It was one week ago from this evening I got just a little teeny tiny tickle in my throat causing me to cough when I breathe. <\/span>Silly little tickle is still in my throat and at times I\u2019m in one continuous breathe \u2013 cough \u2013 breathe \u2013 cough – cough \u2013 cough \u2013 cough – cough cycle. <\/span>I\u2019ve been taking NyQuil at bedtime and that helps coat my tickle down there and allows for great sleep all night. <\/span>But the moment I wake the nagging tickle\/cough is back. <\/span>I\u2019ve tried throat lozenges, cough drops, honey and things that I feel would coat it back there to stop the tickle but the NyQuil is the only thing that has worked thus far. <\/span>It is really getting annoying as all that\u2019s causing it is that little tickle in my throat. <\/span>I\u2019m beginning to wonder if the tickle will ever leave or if I\u2019m going to live with this. <\/span><\/p>\n

Bobby went out and purchased some Robitussin and some Claritin and a few other miscellaneous things last evening. <\/span>My friend back home in TX who teaches nursing said it could be an allergy and recommended a whole list of things and also recommended I try some Claritin. The Robitussin seems to help some and I just tried the Claritin this morning. <\/span>And since I don\u2019t have my humidifier here with us, I put my large stock pot full of water on the stove top adding lots of vapor in the air.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

I said yesterday \u201cif I\u2019m not feeling any better tomorrow, I\u2019m calling the Dr.\u201d Well, I\u2019m not feeling any better and don\u2019t really feel like calling the Dr. just yet. <\/span>Hopefully the tickle will leave soon.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The other thing is that I\u2019m aching so much inside from all the coughing and I have completely lost my appetite. <\/span>I only had 300 calories yesterday and I\u2019m just forcing myself to eat something. <\/span>That\u2019s a shock as I\u2019ve had an appetite from the moment I was born! <\/span>Bobby made brownies last night thinking I would be up for a hot fresh batch but they didn\u2019t interest me in the least. <\/span>He\u2019s been taking such great care of me as I\u2019m feeling weak from all this and he continues to ask if there is anything he can do.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

So I think I\u2019ll give this a few more days and hopefully I\u2019ll have some improvement.<\/span> <\/span>If not, I\u2019ll have to call the Dr.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
