I’m taking just a smidgen of a break for lunch and thought I’d share the pansy project that I’m working on for Dreams And Beyond. I started working on this project yesterday and I pretty much have the sketch complete. Now I’m concentrating on the foundation by adding layers of color.

Lovely! Pansies are among my favorites and in my haste to throw together a little garden in our new home I somehow neglected to plant any. Next year! Thanks for the reminder. 🙂

Thank you for the comments. I may be adding another pic of progress this week. It’s been hectic with the builder lately trying to get our floor plan settled so that we can build. The builder called yesterday and we are fervently trying to get the last few issues resolved so that we can get started.
And then last week hubby informed me of taking me to Boston this week. We leave today and get back Friday. I plan to take my pencils with me but I do need to be realistic as I may not get around to drawing while we’re away. Not to worry as I will be back to this beautiful pansy very soon!
