Just like snowbirds, we spread our wings on September 10th eager and ready for our flight home.

A short while after takeoff, I took this pic of a long and winding river.  I quite like the reminder that life is long with lots of exciting surprises with each turn.

The next bit of excitement out my window was a nice view of mountains rising above the clouds.

Then these snow covered mountains appeared.

Oh what a delight to say a big hello to Denali/Mount McKinley!  What a blessing to have clear skies in the area that day.

And the next stop was Home Sweet Home!

The exciting journeys in life are so hard to put into words and pictures.  But the one thing we all can appreciate are the simple blessings of home sweet home.  It truly is good to be home.
