Note: I’ll be adding an inspiration post tomorrow taken from one of the tours today! She’s given me permission to use her photos and I’ll be adding a few more of my own so you get a better idea. I’m so excited as I now have a paint color for our family room! We’re still working on the floor plan so it’s gonna be a while yet for our new home to be built. So come back tomorrow for another visit to see my inspiration!

  1. What a gorgeous home, I love how it sat on the lot, too, great curb appeal 🙂

Come by and see my open house if you get a chance to, nice to meet you:)

  2. Whoa, gorgeous house Debbie! We’re all looking forward to seeing your new house! I loved the ‘rare snow’ picture. Too funny 🙂

  3. Hey Debby, thanks for stopping by my house tour and for your lovely comments. I love the built-ins in your old family room – plenty of room for books!

  4. HI, Debbie, thanks for stopping by my bedroom tour & for the very nice comments! I’m so glad you found a paint color you liked, I love to steal ideas on paint colors myself. That way you can see how they really look up on the walls.

Your TX home is just gorgeous! So I guess you’ve moved on to another house now & get to decorate all over again. That’s fun! I’m meeting all sorts of new girls on this home tour.

  5. Aw, I hope you aren’t sad about leaving your house. It was beautiful. It looked stunning in the snow… too bad it was so rare. I love the entry way.

  6. What a lovely tour (and great choice on the door color!). I actually love that little piece against the wall in the foyer (under the horizontal artwork). Leave it to me to pick out something like that among all the gorgeous photos, LOL! I think it’s because I’m looking for a small entry piece with storage so my eye is drawn to it.

I’m glad Julia linked us together on this tour!

  7. wow I am bookmarking this site! I don’t have time now but I’ll be back, it looks so cool……

and what a great idea, the artist giveaway.

  8. Very nice house. Some of my favorite features in houses are high ceilings and “open to below” views 🙂 Also…I love your four poster bed…I want one with a canopy someday! Thanks for sharing with us!

  9. Oh, you artists and your cookie cutter houses. NOT.

    What beautiful pottery!

Thanks for sharing your house on the tour.
