Extra Cheerful Friday

I love this day, it’s the kind of Friday that makes me extra cheerful. I had hubby all to myself as it was his Friday off and these three day weekends with him are extra special.

Since we had several errands (Bank, UPS, PO, Radio Shack and hair cuts) on our list, we decided to hold off on breakfast and have a lunch date together.

Pei Wei was just the place that sounded great to both of us.

He wanted to pose for a picture there at the window/pass. That piping hot steam looks so cool in front of his black shirt.

Lunch was a mix of the Pei Wei spicy chicken (330 Calories) and white rice (200 Calories).

The chicken was so good, per usual.

All that was left was this potion of rice.

I opened my fortune cookie just to see what was inside. I normally eat them, but today I wasn’t in the mood.

Hmmmm, I already had plans before I opened this cookie. Let’s just say we’re going somewhere tomorrow that I’ve never been. I’m happy the opportunity knocked before I opened that cookie.

This picture hung to the side of where we were sitting. I thought he was the cutest little fella.

A recent goal is to take pictures of everything I eat when we dine out. I want to be conscious of my choices and feel it helps to be accountable on the blog.

The evening hours are upon us and we’re getting all settled in for the night. It’s been a cheerful day and looking forward to an exciting day tomorrow.

P.S. No exercise today, was busying playing with hubby. I kinda like that excuse. But I have plans to hit the gym before the end of the weekend to get that 5th day worked in. Just keeping it real.

Determination is the Key

So I didn’t get to follow through with my challenge (from yesterday) as planned, but that didn’t get in the way of my determination.

The treadmills were already in use when I arrived so my fried AKA the Fit Stride Total Body Trainer and I got busy. Hi Regis and Kelly and Tom Brokaw.

I was able to bump up the difficulty again today and got my heart rate up to 145 and during the hills it was in the high 150’s. The duration on this machine was 40 min.

Since the treadmills were in use at the time I went to plan B and decided to try the weights. In case you can’t tell, I’m already looking forward to my Monday session with LeeAnn. I thought it would be fun to get ahead start. I did anywhere from 1 to 3 sets per machine.

I worked with the weights for about 15 minutes and got a feel for approximately the right amount of weight for each machine. The goal today was to ease into the weights. Especially since I don’t know what I’m doing with them right now.

Then I wrapped up the last five minutes on the Summit Trainer.

That is one mean machine and I plan to have another round on that next week.

My goal is to continue to challenge myself daily by taking the right steps to good health.

“Where the determination is, the way can be found.” George S. Clason

A Challenge

I was challenged by my friend LeeAnn (at the gym). She came into the gym yesterday challenged to see what it felt like putting the treadmill on an incline of 15. Well it didn’t take long for her to see it was quite the workout. She walked 3 mph with an incline of 15 for 15 min. Then she went back to her regular workout.

So today I just wanted to see what it felt like. Just like Curious George, ya know? Love him, I truly do. Back to the point. So I set a personal goal to walk 1.7 mph with the incline set to 15 for 10 min. My heart rate after 10 min was up to 150. I’m intrigued with that so I’m going to go at it a little longer tomorrow.

The last 50 min of my workout was on the Fit Stride Total Body Trainer. That was a bit more of a challenge as I bumped up the difficulty on this machine today. The last 10 min on that machine I was talking to myself, saying, “I can do this”! And I did.

Another challenge of mine is to get my heart rate pumping at an average of 140 or so for an hour. I averaged just over 140 for the first time today. I can already see a change in my daily activity and I don’t feel as sluggish as I once felt. Good things are happening!

After my workout I had such a craving for eggs and an English muffin.

Two eggs in a tiny sauce pan. They were poked on purpose allowing the yolk to roam all over the place. Added a sprinkle of salt and pepper, more pepper than salt.

Ready to transfer from the pan to the muffin

The egg swallowed the muffin, but I took care of them both.

I spent some time reading and learning more about exercise this afternoon. I read cover to cover the latest Prevention magazine and found a recipe or two that I can’t wait to try.

Cheers to Challenge!

A Beautiful Full Day

What a beautiful day! I started the day with a fresh cup of coffee and enjoyed a few min here at home after hubby went to work.

Then I got ready for a great dose of exercise.

I got my little spot all set and ready to go. I started bringing a couple wash cloths to go over the handles like so. The remote is there for the TV ~ Watched Reg and Kelly and a bottle of water to hydrate.

I don’t like the feel of my sticky hands on the bare handles so these cloths are the ticket.

Hey, hey after 50 min on the machine. Just 10 more minutes to go!

I finished my hour on the Fit Stride Total Body Trainer. It’s such a fun machine.

After my workout, I got around to meet up with hubby for lunch. I love it when he suggests a lunch date. There couldn’t be a better treat than being with him during the day.

We went back to the Mongolian restaurant. I was in the mood for that food again and it sounded wonderful to hubby.

This is such a delicious combination of veggies, noodles and seasoning sauces.

With a generous sprinkle of peanuts over the top

They serve these tasty sesame rolls on the side. I was more interested in the food on my plate so I turned down the bread basket this time.

It was so tasty and flavorful but there was no way it would all fit. When my tummy signals a comfortable/full flag, it’s time to stop.

Hubby went back to work and I made a beeline for the grocery store to pick up a few things I missed.

The afternoon is quickly passing but I think it’s a good time to wrap it up with a manicure.

I’m looking forward to a nice relaxing evening here at home with hubby. We’ll be watching American Idol and I’ll be watching The Biggest Loser. I LOVE that show, thanks Beth for getting me hooked!

Cheers to a wonderful day!

The Beauty of Balance

Sometimes finding balance can be a bit tricky. It’s something that requires tweaking from time to time but I believe it can be achieved.

A few weeks ago I was teetering between balance and obsession in my day to day workout. I believed I could just keep on going and I did to the point I was working out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.

I continued up until last week when I had the lofty idea that I was going to push it up to 3 hours a day 5 days a week. What was I thinking? It was then that I stopped to edit my goals. The goal is to find something that’s reasonable and stick with it.

I may end up shaving the cardio back to 30 min and 30 min of weights 5 days a week, who knows? All I know is that a week from today I start weights with LeeAnn and she’s going to set me up on a weight lifting program.

I’m finding a routine where I can begin to feel the rhythm and focus on the things I want to achieve. It’s a great feeling knowing my husband is taken care of, I’m finding my way back to healthy living and exercise has made its way back into my life.

I thank hubby often for taking the best care of me, for providing encouragement each day and loving me no matter what.

There is beauty in balance.

I’ll leave you with these pretty flowers as I walked to the gym this morning

Looking up into that abundant blue sky

What a cheerful duet

Happy little bumble bee

What beautiful little blessings along the way

May your day be as cheerful as these flowers.

Here and There

Hubby and I started the day sleeping! I was actually quite pleased to sleep in ‘til 9:00 this morning. That’s pretty much unlike me these days but the rest was great.

Hubby had to tend to a few things at work this afternoon and thought it would be a great idea to have lunch together before he went in.

We decided on our favorite Mongolian restaurant

It’s a place where you pile as much meat, veggies and seasonings into one bowl and turn it over to the chef to cook before your eyes.

I started with a pile of spinach (no meat for me) on the bottom and built up layers of carrots, sprouts, peppers, onions, water chestnuts, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, a few noodles and topped it off with soy, garlic, teriyaki and dragon (flaming HOT) sauce.

The chef took the bowl of goodies and did his thing

Then I gave it a nice hefty dash of chopped peanuts = Total deliciousness

The utensils of our choice – some foods just don’t seem right eating without the proper sticks

This is the part where I can’t fit another bite into my tummy, I give.

Had a mellow afternoon

The top of the evening commenced with a dinner date at Chili’s

Chili’s was right on the way to our favorite electronics store. It’s a place I believe we could frequent at least once a week. The electronics store that is.

While hubby shops, I love looking above the shelves, way above the shelves. That mural in the background reels me in no matter how often we visit.

Cool glow

And stumbled on a couple things for myself

Woo Hoo, My first book for Dummies ever! Hope I learn something.

And another book

A photography class is something I would love to take but the schedule at the nearby campus only offers evening classes. I’m frowning on that as I much prefer spending the evenings with my dearest. Perhaps I’ll find a day class one of these days. In the meantime, I’ll see what these books have to say.

I’m ready to start in on the Dummy book. Wish me luck!

Finding My Voice

A number of things have changed in our life over the last 6 months or so and the blog has (for whatever reason) lost its voice.

It’s a new season, a new day and I’m ready to embrace the blog. I like to think of my blog as a happy spot for me to visit when I’m 80. And with that, I had better get busy filling in the days of my life.

I’ve embraced the changes in our life extremely well. I’m enjoying our new home in Southern California. But these changes have brought some not so nice changes to my figure.

To be painfully honest, I’ve gained some of the weight I lost and none to happy about it. But I’ve embraced it and have been dealing with the issue on a couple different fronts. Exercise and healthy eating (for the most part) make up the ways I’m dealing with it.

I did have a struggle or two to work through

I took this pic (last evening) of what’s left from the blister (on my heel) that I declared was the size of California. Or so it felt.

And this little piggy has had its fair share of problems. It’s a bit bruised and the entire tippy top was one ginormous blister. (Taken last evening)

Love my pj’s, they are so comfy.

I even found my favorite bandages in the process. The big guy in this pack was my go to for that huge blister on my heal. The bandage stayed on through the workout and proved to give “some” extra cushion.

For whatever reason the Waterproof Clear medium size bandage worked like a charm on the little toe. While other bandages were a joke, coming off midway through my workout. Not this little gem, he held a firm grip! At one point I had three blisters and two sores that I was tending. It’s just nice having fairly happy feet again after all that.

For the first few weeks the treadmill was my friend. But this week I’ve switched over to this guy

Meet The Fit Stride Total Body Trainer, we’re best buds every morning.

I like the way I feel and love the workout I’m getting

We spent an hour together today and I worked off 550 calories.

This little gym is part of the perks of where we live. Our apartment building is right next door to the clubhouse, pool and gym. That’s convenience at its best.

View from inside the gym

A shot as I stepped outside. View of the clubhouse and pool area just outside the gym.

Wish I had time to hit the hot tub today but I must play catch up tending to my chores before the weekend. Looking forward to that next week!

May your upcoming weekend be filled with blessings!

We’re In California Honey

This phrase continues to roll off our tongs as if we’re still in shock. Hubby’s said it twice so far today and I know I’ll be hearing and repeating it for weeks and months to come.

Last week I had the privilege of having yet another venture with Beth. This time we took a 4 mile walk on the boardwalk along the pacific coast.

While the raging sea provided lovely rhythm and views, the other side was dotted with beautiful beach homes along the way.

Each place held its own special identity.

What a dramatic entry to the wave place. A place where one can learn to surf. I believe Beth said this arch dates back to the early 1900’s.

I still get tickled seeing vehicles on the beach. This happens to be the lifeguard.

What a great place to walk

And visit

And dream of spending the night in one of these homes. Wouldn’t that be so cool?

Palms peppered along the way

There was so much to take in

To the point that I started looking at the homes as works of art

And this mailbox totally stopped us in our tracks.

We admired the wood floating table although hard to see in this picture.

This place had me at hello

The artist who fabricated this place put so much thought into the design. While this would not be my taste in a home, I’m completely in awe.

Cool fire pit on someone’s deck

Octopus mosaic ~ Neat work of art just outside the lifeguard station.

Here’s the shop where I scored one of those island dresses and a hat. There were some really neat shops and restaurants along the way and if we didn’t have something else planned for later in the day, I believe we could have spent more time along the way.

Beth and me with my new cap

Oh what a walk along the pacific coast

That long pier out over the ocean was our destination.

And closer. I was in total shock when my friend introduced me to those cute little cottages above the ocean. For just $250.00 a night you can sleep over the ocean letting the sounds of the waves rock you to sleep.

How cute is this?

It was amazing to be out on the pier standing right over the crashing waves.

What can I say, I plan to return to this exact same area very soon for another walk. That had to be one of my favorite walks along the beach.

I’m still having a difficult time allowing it to sink in that we actually live here. I think that’s why we keep reminding ourselves. There are times I find myself missing the snow but not enough to get in the car and drive an hour to the mountains to see it. For now, I’m just enjoying my day to day life and love the adventure of our new home sweet home.

From The Harbor To The Sea

Yesterday was a full day with my friend Beth. We met at 10am and we made our way to Point Loma, just about 5 miles from her place. I had no idea what to expect, all I knew is that I was going to get to enjoy the ocean.

We arrived at Point Loma where we made our first stop at the harbor

And watched Navy ships

Cruise from the harbor out to sea

We were the audience and enjoyed lots of commotion in the sky and observed lots of touch and go at the base across the way.

And watched sailors pass by

Again ~ zoomed in

Another Navy ship heading out

I think this was the refuel ship – zoomed in

After a nice long visit at the harbor, we made our way up to the lighthouse.

Point Loma Light House (1855 – 1891) – The lighthouse stands over 400 feet above sea level. In January 2004 the National Park Service completed restoration of the grounds of Point Loma.

After spending time at the lighthouse we then made our way downward to the other side to enjoy views of the cliffs along the sea.

The path we trod

Amazing views

And we climbed along the coast

It was worth the effort

Our descent

We timed the coast side for low tide, so happy we did. Can you see the water line along the cliffs?

A little closer to show the high tide line better

The sounds of waves crashing and views of birds passing was so relaxing

I wanted to take in each and every step along the way. What a peaceful day.

Ever changing landscape along the coast

The path down

Looking back from whence we came

What a treasure at the end of the stairs. It felt crazy standing where waves were crashing at high tide. So happy Beth thought to find out when it was going to be low tide.

This is the spot where we decided to park it for a while. We stopped to just take it all in.

From the same area

I’m still here but not for long as we needed to head back to the condo to get ready for dinner.

So we picked up late afternoon

And went back to Beth’s

View from her balcony just before we all left for dinner

Back over to Fred’s in Old Town for dinner. We’re finally enjoying great Mexican food again!

Love the ambiance there – Rolling out homemade tortillas

Cooking them on the grill

Cheers to great friendships, amazing ambiance and delightful dining outside. Shot taken as we were leaving.

Love our friendship and these days spent together. I still feel like I’m back in yesterday, thanks my friend.

Happy New Year

We were so thrilled to get the call that our friends (Bob and Barbara) were in town (visiting) during the holidays. We had an invite to their place to spend the afternoon and evening to celebrate the last day of 2009.

The two of them “cheers”! Hubby and Bob

We spent the afternoon in the back yard.

Bob and Barbara’s nephew jumping out of his newly constructed fortress

I got you!

Looking off to the distant far right was this very long pier. I think that’s the restaurant I’ve heard so much about, there at the end.

Getting close to the last bit of daylight of 2009

Each shot changed as the sun went down.

Wish I could remember their nephew’s name. He’s standing out there with his board just before sunset.

From the balcony

Big orange ball, sinkin’ in the water… This was our first experience to enjoy the setting of the sun on the Pacific coast. What a sunset and evening spent with friends to remember.

Their nephew playing with his new Christmas electronic gadget.

Linda and her son, nice moment, just wish I had zoomed back out after taking a previous shot in the distance. Terrible quality but love the moment.

Card game – The question I keep asking myself “why did I forget to change the setting when I came inside”? Ugh Hubby reminds me to use the flash but I prefer no flash. But it didn’t help that I left the setting for outdoor shooting. But I want to remember the night so I’m posting the pictures anyway. Sorry…

Bob and Barbara – Looking forward to another visit already.

Friends and family = Good times to remember

Some of the boys

Travis Pastrana New Years Eve 2009-2010 Rally Car Jump – On the west coast the live event took place at 9pm.

And that concluded our wonderful afternoon and evening with friends. We’re light weights and couldn’t last ‘til midnight. But we woke the morning of January 1st feeling refreshed and excited to begin this New Year.

A Christmas to Remember

It was our “first” Merry Christmas in southern California and we hope it won’t be the last.

We had our daughter join us from Michigan. I think the thing she enjoyed most was the beautiful weather here in Sunny California; it’s something she talked about every day.

Christmas morning was such a relaxing time. I started the coffee, visited with hubby and waited for Kristy to wake for the opening of the gifts. Eventually she woke and we began our little tradition of giving and receiving gifts. I must say “we all must have been very good this year”.

Hubby sporting his new robe and anxious to try out the flat screen for his computer

One of the gifts Kristy received from her aunt ~ it truly is a cool cookbook now that she’s out of college and on her own.

Since I was taking pics I don’t have any of me but Santa didn’t leave me out. He totally surprised me with a new Bose head set for my cell phone, some new spinner luggage and some other fun stuff.

Then it was time to do something about our tummies so we got around and made our way to Christmas dinner reservations at 1:00pm. We totally bypassed breakfast, saving all the space for our big meal.

We arrived at the same place where we spent Thanksgiving but reserved a different room this time.

The FOOD

Carving the Roast ~ For the main course they served honey roasted ham, turkey and roast.

The deserts were in a side room and it looks like Kristy found the chocolate fountain ~ yummy stuff.

But the pecan pie was my favorite; I think it was hubby’s favorite too.

We enjoyed the views while we savored dinner. It was cool observing ice skating by the beach on Christmas day.

After lunch we took a little stroll out back

And again

On over to the rink

Some folk came for the occasion

And didn’t miss a beat

While others took their foot work a bit more serious

Children zoomed

While others held on tightly

And it was so cute watching the little one take baby steps with her daddy close behind

Hold on, it’s gonna be alright

Because one day you’ll be able to take on the whole rink in stride

We took a little stroll down by the beach and Kristy enjoyed stepping foot on the pacific coast for the first time. And I have a sneaking feeling it won’t be her last.

This was definitely a Christmas to remember as I’m sure there won’t be another one like it.

It was nice to spend our Christmas with Kristy and the memories made will be lasting ones.

Hubby’s Bailiwick

Christmas is the time of year when cards and newsletters are added to the list of things to do. And in our household, hubby holds the reigns to that overwhelming task. If it were up to me, I’m not so sure family and friends would hear from us through snail mail each and every Christmas. But in a perfect setting they would all be mailed the day after Thanksgiving.

This Christmas is one of those years that I know that no one would hear a peep from us. No, not even the slightest peep of a signed Christmas card. It’s a year that I’ve asked hubby if we could just do a Happy New Year newsletter. After all, he’s so busy and I hate the thought of adding more to his plate, so I tried to make his load lighter. But he seems to have a built in Christmas clock and he can’t imagine letting one Christmas go by without putting our annual newsletter together. And this year made no exception.

He finished and presented me with all the copies last evening. That’s when his job ends and my little contribution to the newsletter kicks in. I love my job and feel I totally get the easy end of it.

This was my little set up this morning

Our 11th edition

LOVE those pull and seal envelopes – Many a thank you to the inventor of these guys

Hubby called to see how I was doing and I told him I was on a roll to get them in the mail.

As the envelopes pile up, the newsletter stack (to fold) goes down

By 11:30 the entire stack of newsletters were folded, stuffed, stamped and labeled and in a sack to deliver to the PO.

Indeed they were mailed today and should reach most destinations by Christmas!

So today I count our little Christmas Newsletter blessings. And thankful that hubby takes this job seriously each year. Because we now have quite a nice stash of memories from years past.

Our newsletters have become one of my favorite keepsakes ever. I brought them with me as I can’t imagine leaving them behind. They hold the news of our lives from the very beginning and it’s fun each year to go back and see all the places we’ve been together.

2006 was so much fun to put together. We had our picture taken that year especially for our Christmas card and newsletter. Little did we know (at the time) that that would be our last year in Texas.

The Christmas card of 2006

In 2005 we used a picture of our home with snow. I added the little ornaments to the trees and did a few things to make the card.

And the inside of the card – The newsletter was along the same lines as the card.

I’ll always be grateful to my husband for all the work he puts into making our memories special for family, friends and for me. This will be one of those folders that we will cherish forever.

Happy Thanksgiving

Wha??? It appears I’m having difficulty keeping up with my blog these days. So let’s take a step back to Thanksgiving as Christmas will be here soon.

Hubby and I have celebrated Thanksgiving the last 5 years by making reservations and cutting back on the mess as it’s just the two of us. It has proved to be such a great experience and by now it feels like Thanksgiving. It’s a big treat for me and hubby would have it no other way.

This year we celebrated at The Del Coronado Hotel

What a beautiful place

Almost castle like

My dearest and me in “The Crown Room”

We got down to business with a yummy slice of turkey

And didn’t hesitate to jump right in to the fixin’s ~ lots of good stuff under those lids, let me tell ya.

Everything so beautifully displayed

There was a section of nothing but salads.

I didn’t get too cozy with the salad on Thanksgiving. Don’t get me wrong, I like/love salad but tried saving all the space for the stuffing, turkey, deserts and the like…

More food along the line of appetizers

I wanted to try clams in the worst way but I didn’t even go for them. If it’s not a food I relate to on Thanksgiving, I don’t touch it. The meal was amazing and the food was all cooked to perfection. This is definitely a place I would eat Thanksgiving dinner over and over again.

Can’t believe I didn’t get some shots of the deserts. All I know is that the pecan AND pumpkin pies were delightful!

A little pumpkin décor

Our dinner music was lovely

After dinner ~ looking through little shop windows in the hotel

Pretty flakes strung up in the windows

The wood detail inside made a statement, we even met the gentleman whose company fabricated the wood for the hotel.

We truly enjoyed every facet of our day. And this makes another Thanksgiving dinner we won’t forget.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

So today my girlfriend picked me up at the doorstep of my hotel and whisked me off to another great adventure. First she had a piece of furniture to pick up and then, well, we basically flew by the seat of our britches.

After our little jaunt to the store was over we began discussing hunger and lunch. Granted it was only 10:00 in the morning but for some reason our bodies are still on Eastern Time. Twas at that very moment when my girlfriend exclaimed “I wanna go somewhere fun”. More along the lines of something beachy which was an easy fix since the beach is practically in our backyard.

Today was the first day of my life to set foot on the pacific coast. And what a glorious event it was for me.

And “Beautiful Beth”

Ok so my friend pinched me a time or two just to remind me that we were here together enjoying our day.

Since we both had Star Bucks coffee we were more than willing to hold off on our lunch. So we decided to walk along the beach for a while.

And on our little walk we came upon these tracks running right along the beach. I hope to one day have the opportunity to hop on a train and explore the area by train.

After a while we decided it was time to turn around and walk back to the restaurant.

We got there just before the doors opened and was one of the lucky guests to secure a window seat next to the beach.

After lunch we drove over to another spot where we could walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

My friend pauses to post on facebook

We walked and stopped to take pictures

And enjoyed the ever changing scenery

We paused to watch the wildlife sun themselves

And these seals completely stopped us right in our tracks. It’s as if they really had something to say.

Aw just look at them out here in the wild.

One more shot of them from a distance ~ I hope to see you next time I visit!

I think they were having engagement pictures taken. They were just too cute not to capture.

Another picture along our merry way

We stopped to just sit and enjoy the day ~ Love Beth’s pretty toes in this pic.

Later in the afternoon we pulled ourselves away from the beach and enjoyed a little shopping.

And that concludes another fabulous day discovering our new home.

A Visit To Seaport Village

I’ve been blessed with friendships but am thankful that after 20 years I caught up with a very dear friend (Beth) of mine. We met at her lovely condo in San Diego and walked from there to Seaport Village.

Here’s the famous “war is over” statue of the sailor/nurse embrace in Seaport Village and me.

Again from a distance

We stopped for a spot of coffee and after two rounds we ordered lunch. This was such a nice place to visit and catch up with each other.

After lunch we hit the shops

A reminder that this is a shop I must go back to.

We kept reminding ourselves that we weren’t on vacation, in fact, this is home! Beth just moved out here just one month before me, from a totally different state than me. We enjoyed feasting our eyes on the trees and flowers here in paradise.

The White Bird of Paradise

Have no idea what this big leafy thing is called but we were intrigued.

Enjoyed the park like setting amongst the little shops where ducks played underneath the shade trees.

We walked along the marina

We climbed the steps at the Convention Center and found this statue at the top. It was named Flame Of Friendship – How profound for us as our friendship rekindled after 20 years.

Looking out from the top of the Convention Center there was a beautiful view of the Coronado Bridge and in the distance waving her hand was the mast of the BMW Racing sailboat.

And then made our way into the city

Didn’t have to wait long for the trolley to zoom by

Passed by Kansas City BBQ where a scene from Top Gun was filmed back in the day.

After we had our fill of walking in the city, we went back to my friends condo to polish off the remains of the afternoon.

I was delighted to be able to watch this gorgeous sunset from the balcony of Beth’s condo.

She and her hubby have floor to ceiling walls of windows that provide amazing views all the way around.

And that concludes my day with Beth as I had to get back to pick up my dearest from work so that we could go out to dinner.

May our friendships blossom and grow with the time spent together. I look forward to our next meeting. Right, that’s tomorrow as we have furniture shopping…to do together.
